The Yoga Room is located within Academy Sports Center on the mid floor - Head toward the volleyball courts and take the stairs on your left, follow signage.

There will most likely always be a volleyball practice going on within the facility. Be sure to allow for enough time to park and get settled in. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Doors open 15 minutes before public practices we encourage clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time
