Small group class styles
Gentle - This class style is slower pace with an emphasis on floor stretching so that you can gain flexibility and feel more relaxed. Great for recovery + injury management.
Hatha - This class style is a steady pace with an emphasis on standing holds so that you gain strength and feel more empowered. Wonderful for curious folks who are up for a challenge.
Flow - This class style is a quicker pace with an emphasis on pairing one breathe to one movement so that you can gain a sense of momentum and feel energized. For the mover and shakers.
Note - The Yoga Room is a beginner friendly studio, classes are taught in a way that is accessible to everyone and encourages clients to honor their body and its unique needs.
Private one-on-one
Maybe groups aren’t your thing, that’s okay I get it. I took private one-on-ones with a mentor for over two years and it was an incredible investment.
If you are looking for one-on-one attention, have specific concerns, previous injuries, or want to learn safe ways to modify and gain confidence before practicing in a small group setting. This is for you.
