Doors open 15 minutes before class - we encourage our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time

Late arrivals will not be admitted

What to bring and wear?

A Yoga Mat & a Water bottle

Wear athletic attire that is appropriate for physical movement layers are recommended

Mat rentals are $3 per use if needed

The Yoga Room is located at 2810 Lincoln Way. Lynnwood, WA

We are located within Academy Sports Center on the mid floor

Enter the main doors and follow signage

There is Free parking in the front and to the left of the building - arrive with plenty of time to park and get settled

The Yoga Room amenities?

Temperatures vary. The Yoga Room is not controlled by a thermostat, however temperatures typically land between 70-75 degrees

Restrooms and filtered water station are on the first floor to the right

Props are provided (blocks/straps/blankets/foam roller/mat cleaner)
