Small group classes
As a boutique yoga studio we intentionally limit class sizes to 10 clients per class
small group classes give our instructors the ability to offer quality attention to each client
your needs deserve attention and we hope to help you feel noticed

Hi, I’m Nicole Founder
& lead teacher at The Yoga Room
I’ve been practicing yoga for the last decade, and for the last 7 years, teaching what I’ve learned.
I’ve found that I love helping folks get started practicing yoga.
I welcome beginners by using inclusive language, detailed cues, and improvisational humor.
My classes often focus on stretches that help you alleviate tight muscles, reasonable challenges that will leave you feeling more confident and breathing techniques that help balance a busy mind.
I provide a supportive setting so you can explore the benefits of Yoga and create meaningful connections with others so that you feel more resourced in your everyday life.

For those curious about me… I’m a former collegiate athlete; after years of wear and tear I felt broken. My shoulder and hip pain was so intense that I decided nothing could be worse than staying in the same state of pain. I mustered up the courage to try my first Yoga class and felt better. Little did I know that Yoga would change the way I lived my life and show me how to make my heart, mind and body whole again. The path of Yoga is more than just physical though that’s often the west is introduced to the practice. Yoga is a scientific study to help us live with more purpose and less suffering.
